These North Country Spider hooks are the perfect shaped hook for classic North Country Spider & other soft hackle river flies, manufactured in Japan from chemically sharpened high grade carbon steel. These spider hooks feature a Limerick bend and come with a straight-eyed profile to truly replicate the profile of the traditional North Country Spider flies. The hooks feature a “Crystal” finish that enhances the natural translucence of silk and have recently been used in Robert L Smith’s recently published book “The North Country Fly”
